Emerging Leaders in Biosecurity Initiative

The Emerging Leaders in Biosecurity Initiative (ELBI) is a competitive fellowship program run by the UPMC Center for Health Security. ELBI identifies and provides networking opportunities for early career professionals in the many diverse fields that make up biosecurity.
